Mais peut-\u00eatre est-ce l\u2019\u00e9poque (1893\u200a\u2013\u200a1906), sa mar\u00e9e basse, qui trans\u00adpa\u00adra\u00eet trop. Cette atmo\u00adsph\u00e8re des bureaux du Mer\u00adcure, ces pro\u00adpos, m\u00eame d\u2019un Gour\u00admont, ces \u00ab&nbsp;mots&nbsp;\u00bb que L\u00e9au\u00adtaud met reli\u00adgieu\u00adse\u00adment en conserve dans les pages de son car\u00adnet, quel bat\u00adtage de flanc que tout cela. Et quant aux d\u00e9tails \u00ab&nbsp;pimen\u00adt\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb, boufre&nbsp;! il y en a davan\u00adtage aujourd\u2019hui dans les confi\u00addences de la pre\u00admi\u00e8re col\u00adl\u00e9\u00adgienne venue.
